The platform
A complete view of global risk
Highground brings global intelligence collection, live incident monitoring, geospatial risk analysis and investigations together in one platform — so collection, verification, exposure and response all work from the same verified picture.

Live Monitor
Every new report, the moment it is collected
Reports from news organizations, official agencies and public channels arrive as cards in analyst-arranged columns. Each card carries what an analyst needs to decide in seconds whether to open it.
- Multi-source collectionLocal, national and international news alongside official hazard, health, aviation and government feeds.
- Source correlation and duplicate preventionMany outlets reporting one event are grouped as similar reports and linked to the existing incident, so one real-world event stays one incident.
- Multilingual monitoringIn DevelopmentEnglish renderings appear where a translation with recorded provenance exists; otherwise the original is shown and marked “awaiting translation” — never a fabricated translation.
- Analyst reviewNews and social reports go to analysts; nothing from them reaches the map without review.
Global Risk Map
Verified incidents, plotted exactly where they happened
The map shows only published incidents at exact locations — an address, coordinates or a drawn area. Approximate, city-level locations are never mapped.
- Severity classificationCritical, High, Medium and Low, each with its own standard screening radius.
- Incident detailsSources, provenance, verification state and timeline on every incident.
- Exposure screeningYour sites, staff by assigned site or home, and travelers inside each incident area.
- Active and historicalResolved incidents leave the active map and remain searchable.
Incident detail at street level (fictional incident)
Incident management
Created by analysts. Approved by a second person.
Incidents are created from a report in one editor and published only through an authorized approval workflow.
Incident editor — exact location, duplicate check, exposure preview
Senior approval — published vs proposed comparison
- 01CreateFrom a Live Monitor card, with source evidence and the title pre-filled.
- 02LocateExact address, coordinates or a drawn area, with location evidence recorded.
- 03ApproveA senior analyst reviews new incidents and every change to a published one — never their own work. Supervisors and Intelligence Managers can publish their own after a recorded confirmation.
- 04Monitor & resolveOngoing incidents are reviewed on a cycle, then resolved and archived with their full history kept.
Exposure at street level — sites, staff and a traveler at the approved-trip hotel
Asset exposure
Assessed against your locations — automatically
Every published incident is checked against your sites, your employees by assigned worksite or home, and travelers at the lodging of their approved trip.
- Radius, polygon, state, country or worldwideThe area matches the event, from a quarter-mile fire to a country-wide advisory.
- Locations that can't be mapped are flaggedA site or person without an exact location is shown as not mapped, with the reason — never silently ignored.
Intelligence workspaces
Specialist workspaces on one shared foundation
Threat, cyber and investigations teams work in their own environments, linked to the same incidents, people and audit trail.
Reporting & analysis
Turn operations into a record leadership can use
Incident volume, severity and geographic trends, alert and response performance — with CSV export for your own analysis.
- Operational reportingSaved report definitions with filters by region, severity and time.
- Alert recordsWho was alerted, when, and how they responded — exportable per alert.
- Scheduled report deliveryPlannedSchedules can be stored with a report definition; automatic delivery is not enabled yet.
