Workspaces & mobile
Intelligence for every role.
Highground provides specialized operational environments within one connected platform. Each team works in a full-screen workspace built for its job, sharing the same incidents, people and audit trail.

Role-based operations
The right access for each person
Permissions follow the role. Sensitive actions — publishing analyst work, sending alerts, viewing personal contact details — need the right role, often a second person, and are always recorded.
Travel security & traveler safety
Know where your travelers are — and that they're safe
Trips are requested, assessed and approved in Travel Security. During an approved trip, the traveler appears on the map at their hotel instead of their home address, so exposure and alerts reach the right people.
Traveler at approved-trip lodging — fictional person
Travel Security — trips, exposure and advisories
- 01OperationalApproved-trip hotel locationFrom the trip's start to its end the traveler is placed at their lodging. Click the person for name, job title, manager and manager's manager, contact details and the trip — every look-up is recorded.
- 02Planned24-hour live check-inTravelers in risk areas will check in daily from the traveler app (“Report safe”), supplying a live location. Highground already applies the rule: a live location under 24 hours old takes precedence; an older one is labelled stale and never counted as current.
- 03OperationalFour standard responsesI'm safe · I need help · I'm safe but affected · I'm not in the area. “I need help” escalates immediately; “safe but affected” goes to the follow-up list. Delivery is simulated in this build.
- 04OperationalNo-response follow-upsHighground standard windows: Critical 1 h, High 2 h, Medium 6 h (editable per client). Non-responders are listed and a reminder round is prepared for a person to approve and send.
- 05OperationalHR hand-offSecurity hands an alert's results to the client's HR or follow-up unit, which sees only that alert and records outcomes — a logged action.
- 06PlannedIn-app messagingTravelers will be able to message the travel security team from the traveler app.
- 07In DevelopmentBadge / access-control presenceEmployees are matched today by their assigned worksite or home address — Highground does not know who is physically on site. An integration with badge and access-control systems to reflect actual presence is being designed.
Mobile
Critical information, in your pocket
The Highground web application is responsive. A dedicated traveler app — critical notifications, incident detail, daily safety check-ins and the four responses — is planned.
- Critical notificationsPlannedSeverity, title, location and what it means for you, with a View Incident action.
- Respond in one tapPlannedThe four standard responses, recorded on the alert in real time.
- Report safePlannedA daily check-in that supplies a current location while travelling in risk areas.
