Alerts & mass communications
The right information.
To the right people.
Right now.
Highground turns a verified incident into a targeted alert in minutes: it identifies who is exposed, prepares the audience and the message, and records every delivery and response. A person always makes the final decision to send.
- Targeted by locationSeverity-standard radius, custom radius, drawn polygon, geofence, state or country, or worldwide.
- Two-person approvalAlerts are approved before sending; nobody approves their own alert.
- Human send, alwaysNo alert, update or all-clear is ever sent automatically — by a workflow, AI or timer.
- Responses trackedFour standard responses, no-response follow-up and a complete exportable record.

End-to-end communications
From incident to acknowledgment — with people in control
Automation helps at every step up to the send. The send itself is a deliberate human action with the applicable approval.
- 1Incident identifiedA report surfaces in the Live Monitor.
- 2VerifiedAnalyst verification and senior approval.
- 3Assets evaluatedSites, staff by assigned site or home, travelers by approved-trip hotel.
- 4Audience selectedRecommended recipients by area and category.
- 5Message preparedPre-filled from the incident and its sources.
- 6Approval & human sendSecond-person approval, then a person sends.
- 7Delivery trackingPer recipient, per channel.

Delivery & acknowledgment
Every answer counted, every non-answer followed up
Response dashboards show who was targeted, delivered and acknowledged, and how each person answered — live.
Delivery tracking — SIMULATED delivery and recorded simulated responses
Alert record — targeting, message snapshot and approver chain
No response is treated as unknown — never as safe. When the follow-up window passes (Highground standard: Critical 1 h, High 2 h, Medium 6 h; editable per client), non-responders are listed and a reminder round is prepared for a person to approve and send. Wording of the four responses can be adjusted per client; their meaning is fixed.

Updates, all-clears and records
The whole communication, start to finish
- Updates and all-clearFollow-up rounds and all-clear messages use the same composer, approval and human send.
- HR hand-offSecurity can hand an alert's results to the client's HR or follow-up unit, which then sees only that alert's responses and records outcomes. Every hand-off is logged.
- Exports for leadershipRecipients, contact details, reporting line, department, time sent and response — plus a map snapshot of the alert.
